A Few Things Worth Knowing

Dietary Needs

Please mention any dietary restrictions or allergies when you contact us. Most stops offer vegetarian options. We cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

Children

Children aged 10 and older are welcome on shared tours. Younger children may join private tours. Children under 12 receive a reduced rate when accompanied by an adult.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the tour start time receive a full credit toward a future tour. We don't offer cash refunds but will work with you to reschedule.

Weather

Tours run rain or shine. San Diego's climate makes cancellations for weather rare. If we need to cancel for safety reasons, you'll receive a full credit.
